@SebastianoCaridi's pastry shop, "the greatest pastry chef in Italy" in 2015 and officially Master of the Italian Pastry Masters Academy since 2018, is located in Corso Saffi in Faenza, opened with his partner Giorgio Gonelli.

Products used: IPipedi ceiling for a targeted light and LBS ceiling version to design a curved line along the entire length of the rooms. LBS is also used in the suspended version to illuminate the display counter."
